Employee Is Killed When Struck by Falling Pallet

At approximately 5:30 a.m. on March 25, 2005, an employee was sweeping down the aisle inside the Home Deport store Number 0620. At the same time, a reach truck operator who retrieved a pallet of product, made contact with another pallet, causing it to fall down. The pallet struck the employee who was sweeping down the aisle, killing him.
