Employee Is Injured in Fall from Ladder

On November 20, 2006, Employee #1 was working as a helper at a construction site installing structural steel and ornamental metals. He was using an A-frame ladder to access his working area. He was injured when he lost his balance, fell, and struck his head on the concrete walkway. He was hospitalized and received surgery at UCLA Westwood Hospital.
