Investigation Summary
At approximately 3:12 p.m. on May 3, 2005, an employee was cleaning a screw conveyor. His gloves became caught in between the parts of the screw conveyor causing a deep laceration on top of his right hand with skin flapping over. He was hospitalized and treated for laceration of his hand.
