Employee Receives Head Injuries in Fall from Ladder

On October 31, 2008, Employee #1 was framing a roof structure from a ladder when the ladder was hit by material carried by a coworker. Employee #1 fell 12 ft to the floor, injuring his head. He was transported to a hospital where he received medical attention and was hospitalized.
