Employee's face burnt from hot water exposure

At approximately 4:40 p.m. on October 20, 2002, Employee #1 was re-routing high pressure hot water lines when his knee hit the valve next to the one he was working on causing hot water to come out, striking his face. He sustained first and second-degree burns to his face and was hospitalized.
