Investigation Summary
At approximately 10:10 a.m. on December 28, 2006, Employee #1, a construction worker who was installing exterior siding and door trims, was working with a coworker below the balcony of a building. He was standing on a ladder, handing a piece of wood to his coworker, when he lost his balance and fell to the ground. He sustained a right femur fracture and was hospitalized for his injury.
