Employee rolls truck off of road

At approximately 12:00 p.m. on January 23, 1999, Employee #1 was driving a converted six-wheel-drive flat-bed 5-ton military truck on a narrow mountain road. The truck was equipped with a one-thousand-gallon water tank strapped to the bed. Employee #1 rolled the truck off the hill and was hospitalized with a fracture.
