Employee Dies Of Natural Causes On the Job

Employee #1 was painting the lower portion of a house. At approximately 12:00 p.m. on June 1, 1999, fellow employees found Employee #1 on the ground and unresponsive. Employee #1 was pronounced dead by paramedics at the scene at 12:15 p.m. The coroner determined that Employee #1 died of natural causes.
