Employee Is Injured When Tripped over Nail and Fall

At approximately 2:15 p.m. on March 4, 2004, an employee was walking in the area of an apartment that was being altered. There was a nail sticking up from the floor which he tripped over and fell to the concrete floor. The employee was taken to the hospital where he stayed eight days and including surgery for a broken upper leg.
