Partial amputation of right arm

On March 2, 2001, an employee was attempting to clean the belts of shop-built paper tube winding machine while it was still running. The machine belt/mandrel pinch point grabbed the rag that the employee was holding, pulling him into the machine, resulting in a partial amputation of his right arm. He was hospitalized for his injuries.
