Employee injured when struck on head by wood burl

At approximately 1:00 p.m. on December 5, 1997, Employee #1 was on his knees, manually loading wood burls into a container. A 43 lb burl rolled off the top of the pile and struck Employee #1 on the head. He sustained injuries that required hospitalization.
