Employee injured when forklift tipped over
On June 10, 1998, an employee was operating a forklift to off load peeler cores for processing. While moving the peeler cores, one of the wheels dropped into a small depression in the yard. The forklift tipped over and the employee suffered minor bruising. He was wearing his seatbelt.
