Investigation Summary
Employee #1 was working as a laborer for Lange Construction. While attempting to cut a wood block, Employee #1 learned there was no electricity. As he exited the structure where he was working to check the power box, several pieces of plywood fell from the roof on top of him. He was hospitalized for multiple fractures to both hips and legs.
