Employee's fingers amputated in wood shaper

A coworkers of Employee #1 was setting up a CNC wood shaper and then started it to inspect its operation. Employee #1, a helper, was reaching into the shaper to remove a block of wood when her right hand contacted the moving blades. Her index and middle fingers were amputated.
