Employee fractures leg in fall down slippery grade

Employee #1, age 20, was on a 32 degree slope covered with plastic, using a water hose to perform his duties on fire watch. He slipped on the wet plastic and slid approximately 10 ft downhill, landing in a pile of boulders. Employee #1 fractured his lower left leg, for which he was hospitalized.
