Employee's ribs fractured in fall from steel beam

On May 15, 1995, Employee #1, an iron worker, was walking a beam to install the perimeter wire rope cable that enabled workers to enter and install flooring over the beams. It had rained the night before and the steel was slippery. Employee #1 fell from the beam, fracturing his ribs. He was hospitalized.
