Employee Is Injured When Caught Between Forklift and Box
At approximately 10:00 a.m. on December 29, 2006, an employee of the U. S. Custom was assisting in loading several bundles of fabric on to forklift. The employee's finger was amputated, when it was caught between forklift and the box. The employee was not hospitalized.
