Two employees injured when struck by a motor vehicle

On March 21, 2001, Employee #1 and Employee #2 were injured when they were struck by a motor vehicle while crossing a public street in an electrical cart. Employee #2 was driving the cart with Employee #1 as a passenger. Employee #2 misjudged the speed and distance of the on- coming vehicle. Employee #1 sustained a fractured right ankle and orbital fracture. Employee #2 sustained a fractured finger. Neither employee was hospitalized.
