Employee lacerates finger when colander falls on her

At approximately 6:30 p.m. on October 22, 2001, a temporary employee of a pie-making company sustained an injury. She was working as a fruit cleaner/packer and was pulling a small tub containing a metal filter/colander towards her in the fruit filling section.
