Employee's arm injured between conveyor belt and rollers

Employee #1 was inspecting a conveyor belt that had been making an unusual noise when his right hand became caught between the rollers and the belt. He sustained injuries to his lower arm that required hospitalization. The Standards do not cover emergency stop cables for a conveyor of this type.
