Employee's fingertip amputated between cargo dollies

At approximately 1:18 a.m. on December 5, 1997, Employee #1, a ramp worker for United Parcel Service, was connecting two cargo dollies on the UPS ramp at the Ontario (CA) Airport when the tip of her left middle finger was amputated. She was taken by private automobile to the Chino Valley Hospital, where she was treated and released.
