Employee injured by falling scaffold

At approximately 6:45 a.m. on February 3, 2003, an employee working for Steel Structures Inc. was standing underneath a suspended scaffold platform when it failed to operate properly falling onto the employee. The employee sustained a fractured pelvis and lacerations to the body. The employee was hospitalized for his injuries.
