Employee's skull fractured in fall while descending ladder

At approximately 1:45 p.m. on September 11, 1999, Employee #1, of Sonoran Roofing, Inc., was climbing down a ladder from a roofing job when the ladder became displaced and he fell 13 ft. Employee #1 suffered a fractured skull, for which he was hospitalized for three days.
