Employee's leg fractured when pinned by loader bucket

At approximately 4:20 p.m. on April 29, 1999, Employee #1, of Cal Sierra Construction, was cleaning a Bobcat. He was kicking a rock from between the frame and the bucket when he slipped and knocked the tilt lever, causing the bucket to return. It pinned his lower right leg, fracturing it.
