EMPLOYEE SUFFERS AMPUTATION OF FINGER

Employee #1 removed the full trim saw scrap bin (wheelbarrow-type) and left an empty bin in its place. He then picked up some scrap from the ground and dropped it into the empty bin. His glove contacted the saw blade and his finger was amputated. He was hospitalized for his injury. The guard for the saw was flipped up leaving the saw exposed.
