Investigation Summary
Employee #1 was unloading a truckload of scaffolding. He removed the top plank and turned to carry it away when the entire load came down and knocked him, face first, to the ground. Employee #1 was airlifted to a nearby medical center, but on examination was found to have suffered only a cut mouth and bruised leg. He was wearing his hard hat at the time of the accident.
