Employee injured when ejected from scissor lift

On March 20, 2000, a truck driver received a fractured hip when he was ejected from a J.L.G. scissor lift platform, model number CM1432. The employee was driving the scissor lift off of the transport trailer. The scissor lift fell off the driver's side of the trailer, ejecting the driver.
