Investigation Summary
On December 12, 1998, a masonry employee was working on a step ladder near a masonry wall that was being moved by a crane. The masonry wall tipped over and the employee jumped from the step ladder to avoid being hit by the falling wall. He fell 10 ft to the ground and broke both legs. He was hospitalized.
