EMPLOYEE'S HAND INJURED WHEN PULLED INTO MACHINE
At approximately 8:30 a.m. on May 20, 1998, Employee #1 suffered a crushing injury to his left hand when it was pulled into the can-seamer he was operating. Employee #1 had reached for a can while the seamer was in jog mode during the adjusting operation. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
