Employee Injured In Fall From Modular Structure

On March 13, 1999, Employee #1 was working on the roof of a newly constructed modular unit with ten sections. Employee #1 was working backwards placing sealer tape along the seams to protect the unit from the elements. Employee #1 continued walking backwards and walked off the unit falling to the ground and fracturing his wrists. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
