Employee Injured When He Fell Off Trailer

Employee #1 was inside a trailer loaded with produce when the trailer began to move, causing Employee #1 and a coworker to lose their balance and fall. Employee #1 sustained a fractured left hip and was hospitalized. The coworker was not injured.
