Employee Falls and Fractures Leg When Ladder Collapses

On June 27, 2005, an employee of Pat & Larry's Steakhouse was climbing a ladder to inspect an exhaust fan on the roof. The ladder collapsed and the employee suffered a fractured left leg. He was taken to Enloe Hospital and was hospitalized for two days.
