Investigation Summary
On October 24, 2008, Employee #1, a painter with a remodeling and maintenance company, was laying out the air hose for a paint spraying machine. While stepping backwards, he tripped and fell through a sky light approximately 20 ft to the floor of a furniture store. Employee #1 was hospitalized for a punctured lung, fractured hips, and a fractured right wrist.
