Employee Suffers Heart Attack, Later Dies

Employee #1, a laborer, was assisting in setting up a spa for foam to be sprayed on the spa. Employee #1 suddenly collapsed. Employee #1 was transported to the hospital. Employee #1 was pronounced dead at the hospital due to a heart attack.
