Investigation Summary
On July 8, 2004, Employee #1, a water tender, was driving a Peterbilt Truck with a 3800 gallon tank to water the logging roads. He was driving down a steep logging road with a full load of water in the tank. Employee #1 was found lying beside the truck. The water truck had struck a white fir tree head on. The cab of the truck was torn completely off the truck and was lying on the ground beside the truck. Employee #1 was killed at the accident site.
