On January 16, 2006, Employee #1, with Hupp Neon, was on a ladder removing the fasteners from an awning, when he lost his balance and fell 7 ft. He was airlifted to Enloe Medical Center, where he was admitted for treatment of multiple rib fractures and a concussion.
