Employee Is Injured in Fall from Ladder

On June 21, 2008, an employee, a waiter, was removing fixtures from the restaurant. The restaurant was being demolished. The employee was standing on the first step of a step ladder when he lost his balance. The employee's right elbow went through a window cutting his arm. The employee was hospitalized and treated for severed artery.
