Employee pinned between forklift and storage rack
On March 6, 2002, Employee #1 was driving a standup forklift down an aisle and veered to avoid colliding with a bird. He lost control and collided into a metal storage rack. He fractured his ribs and three vertebrae and was hospitalized.
