Employee Crushes Foot Between Wall and Transporter

On February 19, 2006, Employee #1 was operating a stand up "transporter". The employee, however, did not allow for enough distance for stopping. As a result, he crushed the small toe of the left foot. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
