Employee's ankle fractured in fall from back of truck

At the end of the work day, Employee #1 pulled his truck in the parking yard about 30 ft from the dock. He turned off the engine, went to the rear of the vehicle, and opened the lift gate. Employee #1 got into the trailer and was preparing to unload his pallet jack when a coworker saw the truck in the lot and decided to move it. The coworker got into truck and started to back up. Employee #1 fell out of the trailer and onto the blacktop, fracturing his right ankle. The coworker driving the truck stopped before running over Employee #1.
