Three Employees Are Exposed to Carbon Monoxide

On August 17, 2004, Employees #1, #2 and #3 working in a cold storage facility under new construction were exposed to 450 ppm carbon monoxide. The source of the CO was from gas and propane powered lifts used in the construction activities. Employee #1 was hospitalized while Employees' #2 and #3 were not.
