Employee injured in fall from metal roof decking

Employee #1 was installing metal roof decking on a new addition to the Harris Ranch Beef Company plant. He was walking across the decking when he tripped and fell 24 ft 3 in. to the ground. Employee #1 was wearing fall protection, but was not attached to the building or to a safety line.
