Investigation Summary
On December 12, 2004, Employee #1, a temporary employee hired through Adecco Employment Services, was holding an empty pallet up so the forklift driver could bring another to the line. The driver dropped off the next pallet and started to back out, when the employee's foot got crushed between the wrap machine and the pallet that he was holding. Employee #1 sustained a non-reportable injury to his foot. He was treated and released.
