Investigation Summary
At approximately 11:30 a.m. on September 10, 2004, Employee #1 was engaged in a vegetable picking operation in Lindsay, CA, when his right leg became caught in the wheel well of a trailer. His leg was run over by the wheel of the trailer and he suffered a broken femur. He was transported to Kaweah Delta Hospital where he later died from his injuries.
