Employee struck by tractor and fractured femur

An employee was working as a spotter for a coworker. The coworker was trying to load an agricultural duster onto a stack of pallets with a tractor. The tractor operator's foot slipped off of the wet tractor clutch which caused the tractor to lunge forward. The tractor struck the employee and fractured his left femur. He was hospitalized for nine days due to his injuries.
