Investigation Summary
On March 30, 2004, an employee was operating a Walkie rider. As he turned corner, he could not stop, and ran into allocation cage. The employee remained on the Walkie rider without falling off, but caught his right hand between cage and handle of walkie rider. The employee sustained fracture to his little finger in right hand and laceration to the ring finger on the right hand. The employee was hospitalized and treated for fracture.
