Employee burned by clothing press machine

At approximately 1:00 p.m. on September 6, 2000, Employee #1 reached across a collar and sleeve pressing machine. The machine activated, causing the press to come down onto the right arm of Employee #1. She received third degree burns and was hospitalized for her injuries.
