Employee injured while lifting a barrel

Employee #1 was assisting a coworker in standing a 500-pound cheese barrel upright that was located in the barrel room. The employee grabbed the bottom of the barrel and pushed on it. As the barrel began to move upright, her left middle finger became caught between the frame and the barrel crushing her middle finger. She was taken to the hospital for treatment.
