Investigation Summary
At approximately 10:00 a.m. on April 27, 2005, Employee # 1, a worker at a flooring company, was using a table saw to cut plywood. His left hand came into contact with the blade of the saw, lacerating several fingers. Employee #1 was transported to Northern Inyo Hospital in Bishop, California, where he was treated for his injury and released.
