Investigation Summary
On January 23, 2006, a construction worker drove a TEREX RT230 crane onto a lowboy trailer and was positioning it towards the front of it. The worker had his hand on the swing lever, as he was positioning the boom, when the crane fell off the trailer onto the ground. The employee was crushed and killed, when he jumped out of the cab for safety.
